   About The Ravens Fire

Amanda Roberts met Ross Hunter at the Celtic Tearooms in March 2006,he had been playing with Owen van Larkins as The Express that night.Amanda was completley blown away by their talent. Over the next few months writing between Ross and Amanda took place and The Ravens Fire was born.Encouraged by many of their peers to record an album Amanda and Ross applied for a grant which they given the go ahead for.Since that time though Amanda and Ross have decided to record the album themselves. Ross continues to capture ideas at home in his fabulous Glass House studio with Buffy the ragdoll cat as engineer and backing vocalist! Amanda calls Crystal Waters home and some of songs have been written in Amanda’s Sonic Resonance Studio.
