2008 is the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
For the last 60 years it‘s been governments that have been asked to sign the Universal Declaration. From 2008 individuals, not just governments, may sign the declaration.
We‘re hoping for one billion signatures from across the world.We want yours to be one of them.

There are many, many people, both in the US and around the world who believe that the WTC buildings were brought down by controlled demolition charges. If you accept this hypothesis(as I do), it would appear that a lot of lies have been fed to the general public, not least of which the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq become totally unjustifiable.
Ask yourself: Why did WTC building 7 collapse? It was not hit by an airplane, nor was it close enough to be affected by the WTC 1+2 demolitions.
And how was it that the BBC broadcast news of the fall of WTC7 approx. 30 minutes before it actually happened?

Animal rights
Its my belief that all sentient beings have rights. Growing animals to eat is a grossly inefficient way of producing food – you can grow approximately 10 times the amount of high-protein vegetables such as soya beans for the amount of land needed to raise animals. I am therefore strongly in favour of promoting a global vegetarian diet. There are many farming practices particularly in the so-called civilised world which are quite frankly cruel, and cause much suffering. Maiming and torturing animals in the name of scientific research is equally abhorrent, and is more often than not unjustifiable from a scientific perspective. Testing of products on animals intended for humans is in my opinion also an exercise in futile cruelty.
