DISMANTLE is a hard-working, hard-rocking, blue-collar, straight-up rock and roll band from a city that fits that same description- Detroit, Michigan. Citing a wide variety of influences from hometown heroes like Ted Nugent, Bob Seger and Kid Rock to bands like Black Label Society, Guns N’ Roses, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Clutch and ZZ Top, Dismantle is quickly building a devoted fan base that is equally diverse. Formed in the summer of 2006, DISMANTLE started getting a lot of attention right away opening for acts like Quiet Riot and Drowning Pool and soon began packing clubs around metro Detroit on their own.
Immediately, the boys began writing and recording their first full-length album, “More Rock and Roll,” (which was released independently 9/21/2007) with the concept in mind-“All killer, no filler.” According to reviews from online music magazines like www.detroitrockreview.com, internet radio stations such as www.netwavzradio.com, several of WRIF’s on-air personalities and most importantly, the fans, they succeeded.
Simply put if you’re in the mood to drink, fight, party, or give amateur-night a try at your local topless bar, Dismantle is the band for you.
So please, pour yourself a tall one, pop in the CD and let the music speak for itself, and if you find your way to the Motor City, look us up. The first round’s on us.

Benefit for my Dad on September 27, 2009 Hi Everyone, My Father Peter Aguayo passed away on Tuesday 9-8-2009. He was a Steelworker for 30 years. The company he worked for went Bankrupt and they took his Life Insurance and Medical as well. I am trying to raise enough money to give him a proper burial. Please find it in your heart to come out to the Benefit, he so deserves it. There will be 5-6 AWESOME bands. The bands that are already booked for the show are: The Midnight Rendezvous, StellarDrive & Bazooka Jones. Special Guests: Charlie Allen Martin (Bob Seger) & Psychild - Robert Noll, Tyuawn Brown (A Michael Jackson Impersonator) and Bruce Race (Charlie Chaplin Impersonator).
