About The Real Estate Rap Song

I am taking Real Estate marketing to places it has not been before. Because of the urban rap music phenomenon I have just written and recorded a new single "The Real Estate Rap Song" designed to help sell real estate property. Utilizing a sound engineer and rap producer, the project took several months and in the end the tracks had to be re-laid but the product is authentic and so catchy as one industry insider put it "you can definitely groove to it." I rap along with a professional singer who does background. The project was a labor of love. I listen to rap everyday and brushed shoulders with some of the stars while selling properties on Allison Island so this was the next logical progression. I always try to think outside the box. Also I hear that one of my favorite female Rappers; Trina was a Real Estate agent previously. I'm always looking for unique marketing concepts. In 2004 when Shaquille O'Neal came to town as a new member of the Miami Heat I carried a welcome sign advertising property. I got local and national media coverage which resulted in a sale this past December to an NFL player. Looking for great activity in the Real Estate market coming 2007.
