Hi, it's me, J.D. Matthews, formerly of Idol Waves Radio and Reality TV Magazine. I still write sporadically for Musical Ramblings, but currently am in the process of adjusting to a new city and speed of life.
My old account got hijacked, and I can't get into it to save my life. So here I am, starting fresh!
For those of you who wondered where I went to... well, all I can say is that it's a long story. Let me take a moment or two to dispel any rumors:
(1.) I didn't die. I didn't even get sick.
(2.) There is no bad blood between me and Idol Waves Radio as far as I know. I just didn't have the time or resources to devote to the countdown show. That's not to say I wouldn't make a go of it again if Kenny asked me back.
(3.) There IS bad blood (or was, I guess, I'm not really one to hold a grudge) with me and Reality TV Magazine.
(4.) No, I didn't watch American Idol this year. Somehow the Apocalypse wasn't triggered. The only thing I really know about the contestants this past year is that David Cook's "Time of My Life" is sort of okay, but pretty much standard fare for winner's circle type songs.
(5.) Priscilla is fine too.
Now, having said that, I'm hoping to get back on track, and of course, you'll catch more of me at Musical Ramblings.
