THE RECTIFIERS OF NOW..
The Rectifiers of now has Ben playing the drums AND a recording machine run on some kind of turpentine jus, pulled by a wax-coated horse.
The Rectifiers still have two samplers and a man singing. Old organs work just as the new ones do, and slide occasionally slides.

IT'S A PASTORAL POP SENSATION!!

walnut with a moustache"

Dear chaps, your new album is staggering....even better than "Wear the Weight of the Resting Sky" which we thought near impossible! All the best in 2009 and we hope to see you play again in Melbourne soon...love Kylie and Amps xxxx
Hi there! I seldom make requests these days but your music is quite extraordinary and so well performed that I just couldn't resist! I used to live in WA a long time ago, though now resident of Stockholm, Sweden. Nowadays I am well aquainted (via the web) with DJ/teacher Andrew Holborne who runs his Third ear program in Melbourne every now and then. I also know a talanted musician of your town named Damien if that rings a bell. Together they attended your gig just recently. Nice of you to add me! Cheers, Peter
aw, hooray! so when's it out then? this sounds a bit fluffy but i'm forever listening to "wear the weight of the resting sky" when i'm feeling creative, it kind of loosens up my brain. rock on, etc.
