Hello everyone. We thought we’d write this bio ourselves this time around. These things can tend to come off a bit ‘plastic like.’ Here’s our best efforts to not. // --
We are four guys from Texas. We met a few years back and combined our musical efforts. We formed “The Red Airplanes” in 2004 and put out our first album the summer of 2005. We toured it; mainly Texas. We then recorded our second album in late 2006 and released it in February of 2007. We toured it; mainly Texas. We just finished our third album and released it April of 2008. We are doing our best to tour all over the nation this year in support of it. // -- Recap: We write songs, record them and tour. Nothing new, right? // --
We don’t like to force songs. We write from the heart and do our best to be as honest as we can with ourselves and whoever might listen.
We love the God of Heaven. We love to play music. Put it in a blender and I suppose you get The Red Airplanes.

Sooo... i thought i would mention.. that you guys are some of my FAVORITE music now..
these three managers of PRAISE 106.5 (the local christian station in Lynden) came into the restaurant that i work at today and i was their server. They asked me if i listen to their station and i said yes...
they asked me what they could do to improve the station and i told them that they could start playing The Red Airplanes.
