We formed in August of 2001 as a 6 piece with the intention of capturing the 'Nile Rodgers' or 'Chic' sound. That sound was the driving force for some of the best '80s pop songs. Nile produced classic '80s artists like Madonna, Duran Duran, Thompson Twins, David Bowie. His Chic partner Bernard Edwards was responsible for yet another group of artists ranging from Robert Palmer and The Power Station to Phil Collins and others. Our first show was April 12, 2002. Well, nothing ever goes according to plan...We are today, a 5 piece with 2 original members. Aimee Amigone on the vocals, Elias Damian on guitar and vocals, Richii Valentino on bass and vocals, T.Webb on drums and Walter Kemp on keys and synth. We are still ever loyal to the '80s, but much different than first intended. Our sets include a pop set, an r&b set, and a new wave set,although that also usually strays off course, of course...the set list varies from The Pet Shop Boys to Ready For The World, From The Cure to Cameo. It is a better show than we thought it would be. There is something for everyone. We encourage you to bring your friends, we invite you to live in a material world and urge you to put on your red shoes and dance the blues!!!
