More Than This is made up of four close friends from the Coachella Valley in Southern California. More than friends really, they are like family. It is with such unity that the band's cohesive sound emanates forth. A rhythmic sound begins with Chad Dean's unique custom Roselynn cajon kit locked in with Steven Kippel's subdued, unadorned bass with the melodies is provided by Joshua Pratt's delicate piano and Brandon Sampson's acoustic guitar and powerful tenor vocal abilities. The quartet have found an acoustic-alternative sound that engaging and intimate with soul-rending dynamics and a burning passion.
More Than This has been covering the Coachella Valley’s worship and music scene for the past 8 years and then some.
