San Francisco's The Release create their own brand of music which combines elements of reggae, rock, and funk. Brian, Ross, and Louie went to high school together and learned how to master their instruments and refine their talent. They began producing original music over the summer of 2008. They recruited laid back Danman to complete the band and have rocked shows all over the bay since. Their catchy melodies, smooth bass lines, powerful drum beats, and soaring lead guitar have been taking the Bay Area by storm.
They are currently deep into writing and producing as many originals songs as they can. They are planning to hit the studio this summer to record a full length album that will be on sale in the fall. Support independent musicians and kick ass rock shows!
