i looked at my calendar today. It was still on August. sometimes i think that i let time get away from me. i didn't change it though; i'll only forget next month. I don't have a mirror on the back of my door, but sometimes i wish i did... you know, one of those really tall ones that lets you take in the whole picture. I wish it was there every time i close my door. i wish it would surprise me for the first month or so until i got used to it. and once again the machine takes control/ the scene a fiery outbreak of fake ass lovers and routine/ disconnected from the roots up/ i'll tell you what/ i'll write these words for a mindless pin up news cut/ concert but disconcerted/ you look confused like a blind raccoon trying to cross route two/ it's in my blood for eighteen hours/ the visions turned sour last year but i just can't help it cause i'm addicted/ afflicted with the needles piling up in the trash/ i took it out last week but it keeps coming back/ a rack full of useless, IVs and test tube babies gets tossed in the fire with cassettes from the eightees and escapees from the war across seas/ they say they're coming back but it doesn't seem likely/ a situation/ that is impossible to win/ the president says the evidence is in the state we're in/ again/ i watched them go/ i've seen sin/ i've seen a man get beaten because the color of his skin wasn't white/ and i won't give in/ to a phony computer system/ that runs on the gossip and ignorance of petty young children/ while filling/ their heads up with dreams of breaking out one day but it's not what it/ ever seems to be/ suffer the consequence of FEELING her up but not HAPPY/ because i have wishes too/ the difference is i've got a lot more to lose and i'm not afraid to do it/////

There is currently a search for two types of bands for record label consideration.
*** Note: PLEASE IDENTIFY IF YOU ARE IN GROUP 1 OR 2 IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR RESPONSE. Emails are being reviewed by different representatives.
1. A Pop/Rock/Commercial band with female lead. Band must consist of 2 guitars (Prefer both guitar players to be of lead caliber. However, one lead and one rhythm is acceptable), keyboard/piano, bass, and drums. Lead vocal, followed by backing vocals, in that order, is a plus as it relates to other members of the group. Average age of the band cannot exceed 28 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
2. A Modern Rock band with male lead. Must be a complete band but there are no prerequisites as it relates to the make up of the band. Average age of the band cannot exceed 23 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
