With colourful, melodic and harmonic sounds, the Restaurant create carefully crafted songs spanning a range of musical styles. Well established in their native North-East, the Restaurant have been making waves with their performances across the UK. They were voted best unsigned act in a poll of London's XFM listeners and won best North-East band in the BT Battle of the Bands, earning a prestigious slot playing at the top of the BT Tower in London! The Restaurant have also gained a well deserved reputation as an outstanding live act and could be seen supporting Turin Brakes and Nizlopi on their recent UK tours, as well as appearing on the bill at this year's Bestival.
