Bio
We first got together in the early 90's under the name EARLY WARNING. With a common ground of 60's and 70's FM rock radio, we immediately began playing The Who, Cream, Hendrix and Zeppelin with some inspired originals at keg parties. This lasted a couple of years until a split as the covers got old and the originals needed more direction. Darren moved on and eventually became the lead guitarist in alt/country rockers AMERICAN PAINT, releasing two CDs on No Alternative Records. Ryan and Aaron started a heavy-duty trio called ENDORPHIN and put out their own disc. Summer of 2001 Darren started writing and singing original material and called on the Anderson brothers to try out. The energy for this new material was instant and this newly reformed group became THE REVAMPS. We began playing the local Minneapolis club scene while building material and recording two self released CDs. 2006 found the band with producer/engineer Jacques Wait (The Soviettes, Ouija Radio) recording the full length album "Love To Lose" at Flowers Studios in Minneapolis. "Love To Lose" was featured on the first RIFT magazine compilation in 2006. Back in the studio winter of 2011. Buy our CD or listen and download tracks through the CD Baby link below. Or at local stores Cheapo, Eclipse and Roadrunner Records. Keep watching those skies!! -

"Nebulous post-industrial soundscapes constantly tweaked and realigned to create one of the most original electronic records of the year to date. 4.5/5" - THE MILK FACTORY
"Literally one in a million; tweaking and meshing uncommon sounds to create one of the most original electronic pieces I have heard all year. Abstract art for the ears most certainly." - AW MUSIC
