MUSICALLY ORIGINALLY INSPIRED IN A WAY BY THEDISCO WAVE AND THE COSMIC SOUND OF THE EARLY 80S PLAYED AT THIS TIME BY DJS LIKE DANIELE BALDELLI, BEPPE LODA, DJ MOZART, AND BY COMTEMPORARY PRODUCERS LIKE GIORGIO MORODER, PATRICK COWLEY, BOBBY ORLANDO AND CLAUDIO SIMONETTI ; THE REVOLVING EYES ALSO FIND THEIR WAY THROUGH THE MUSIC OF NEW PRODUCERS LIKE LSB, ILYA SANTANA, PASSARANI, LINDSTRÖM, DANIEL WANG, ALDEN TYRELL TO NAME A FEW.


THE RESULT OF THESE INFLUENCES IS A MIX OF BOMBASTIC MODERN ELECTRONIC, COSMIC, ITALO DISCO, AND WAVE SOUNDS.

RECOMMENDED THE REVOLVING EYES TUBULAR EP Moderne (Bel), Moderne 002 : Boy-girl DJ duo Rob N Zoopsie have been keeping the Italo-disco flame burning in their native Belgium now for some time, so the move into production was perhaps inevitable. And convincing, too. Black Pine is just the sort of cosmic, electro and house fusion thats become all-too-common these days, but still sounds bloody good when done well. Eyes Light Move is an ethereal, arpeggiated groover that will find favour with fans of Alden Tyrell and the cocadisco massive. Tubular Dance is a gigantic, motoric space-disco bomb and the Disco Mix of Close To The Vibe is what Miss Kittin would sound like if she were produced by Patrick Cowley.
