    It's a shame to hear about Mr. McCarthy. He was a fine addition to the show and his contribution will be missed. I genuinely feel as if I'm losing an uncle. Go in peace, good sir.

    Can _(your name here)_ come out and play with us tonight?

    Yes, it’s Wednesday again...and that means it’s time for your next dose of “The Remedy” at The Fez, your personal cure for EDD*!
    (*Entertainment Deficit Disorder)

    "The Remedy" is a weekly variety open-mike/open-stage get-together to showcase your talents or just hang out and have fun.
    In addition to the live participation, we feature music, videos, games, contests, and numerous drawings for our "Incredibly Frivolous" prizes!

    This is your big chance to do just about anything legal in front of a live audience! Sing, dance, play music, speak, yo-yo, lip-sync, juggle, mime . . . share poetry, comedy, stories, magic, skits, personal anecdotes, jokes, even a page from your old diary.
    (About the only things we can’t accommodate are fire performances and trapeze artists.
    )

    The doors open at 9:00, and there is no cover charge! (...as in free, Free, FREE!) So come and join the fun!

  • Apr 16 2009 8:48 PM

    Thank you everyone who came out to the show Wednesday, and a special thanks to our three musician contributors: Kevin Wayne, Rob Johnston, and Jim Strange of The Proud and the Damned.

    Great show guys!

    See everybody next week for another dose of The Remedy.

    And remember, the stage is open for any type of talent you might have, not just musicians and comedians. We're still looking for some dancers, magicians, jugglers, and sketch comedy, among others. Or just share a favorite poem, story, joke, opinion, personal experience, page from an old diary, etc.

    Come out and play with us!
