    Exploring the world of art through as many different creative eyes we can fit into one place at one time. a seemingly chaotic explosion of imagination and expression all under one roof. The Riverside Art Exchange was created to not just look at art or talk about it later...but to be part of the art and discuss and display at the moment. The Art Exchange is not an idea to get rich quick off of art but an idea that succeeds at what it was originally created for...exchanging imaginations in person. expressing core creativity and displaying it among the public and other artists. To meet and mingle with creators of a craft different than your own...yet all having one thing in common with whatever has been created...Self Expression. If you create...you are an artist. no gimmicks or themes to explain it. its how it goes. so we are only concerned with the importance of art in all forms...and the people who create it. As long as there are artists who would like to display their work with other artists and exchange their minds with each other...there will always be an Art Exchange. The only reason The Riverside Art Exchange exists is because of artists and their art. and its been proven show after show that there are true artists of all styles who have the drive and skill to keep it going. we stop when people stop creating.

    DJs and LIVE music from various musical artists of all styles . Music is art and will always be an important part of the Art Exchange. we are always looking for new bands and new music to accompany the event. our house DJs and special guest DJs play through out the event. Live bands are usually set up to play about an hour or so before the show is over.

Welcome to The Riverside Art Exchange! COME VISIT US ON FACEBOOK! 'the riverside art exchange' I won't be updating or checkin in that much on myspace....so follow us to facebook!! Next ART EXCHANGE MAY 16th 2010 ********************************************* With this new year we are experiencing some new changes. The previous founding partners of this exceptional art show have taken their bows and will no longer be "runnin the show". I'd like to take a moment to thank those two individuals and express my gratitude for being able to take the lead and continue what has been built. They really have done a beautiful job of bringing the community together to celebrate artistic movements. With that said, I've shut down this site for some renovations and adaptations I'm going to be bringing to light. Stay tuned this week for new announcements regarding the date for the next art exchange as well as some exciting new additions to the event! Have no fear! This is the year for great things! Hands on activities, live performances, installations and on-site creations.....here we come 2010! Thank you to all who support the cause!
