I grew up in the 50's & 60's listening to old country standards by people like Johnny Cash,The Carter family,Hank Williams,Little Jimmy Dickens ,Woody Guthrie and a whole score of others that my family would get together and pick at all of my family gatherings they were all musical and when they got together out would come the guitars, banjo's, fiddles, accordions, piano's or whatever they had to make music. I remember being a young boy and lying with my ear pressed to the floor going to sleep listening to the rhythm of the family tapping their toes and everyone singing along with the guitars and fiddles.I sure do miss those days!Since then I've grown and had the opportunity to work with former members of bands such as Great White ,Robert Cray, and SavoyBrown just to name a few. After a long hiatus there will finally be some new tunes in 2009!...

"The roots are basically the blues but after 20 years of trying to play everything and anything eventually it turned out to be a case of rock & roll".

Randy Case /On To You Now
Neophyte regional recording artists strut their stuff The title track--featuring nifty roadhouse piano fills courtesy of Tom Witkowski--matches the trademark charging energy of Skynyrd with the rock'n'roll exuberance of Bob Seger. The seamless guitar interplay of Angerosa and Case playing lead and rhythm makes for the kind of high-flying audio assault that lifts even the most lethargic rockers off their bar stools and onto their feet. A harder rock edge (Angerosa doing Hendrix?) cuts into the guitar attack on "The Days of Mr. Greed," while the much gentler, mid-tempo-ed "She's Got the Power" sounds like something lifted from a Neil Young or Boz Scaggs album./95

"On To You Now's nine originals display a decidedly southern rock influence, often recalling the Allmans or Lynyrd Skynrd, with traces of the Dead and the Band showing up in stylistic lab reports".

"Randy went back to his homegrown roots of southern country rock to record "Comin' Home"at his recently completed home DanceLand Studios. Recording at his Sylvan Beach home helped capture the mood of the CD perfectly. There's a lot more rock & roll this time around, from the bluesy,"Slow and Easy" to the southern rock of "Cold,Cold,Cold". Taken seperately, the albums show Randy as a fine CNY musician;listening to the two together give a higher appreciation of his musical diversity. He goes from the harder edge rock to the country boot stompin without missing a note".

I just got off the phone with Cash Productions "Cash Cabin Studio" in Hendersonville,Tennessee and I'm in the process of picking musicians.
I cant believe the line up of musicians that are working out of there.
Their motto is "we dont do demos we make records"
Tennessee is where i have to go to get country because thats where it is! I'm looking forward to the spiritual karma that goes with being at the Cash Cabin in the middle of the Cedar Hill refuge in Hendersonville,TN.
There is an old saying
That proves over time
Reach out to the needy
It's a hill we all need to climb
~*~
No matter how young we are
Or all who have grown older
Caring what happens to others
Keeps our own soul from growing older
~*~
When we look around us
And see all the sickness and pain
Jesus has the answers
And He made it very plain
~*~
Reaching out to the lonely
Help feed the hungry too
Give a cold drink of water
Is that to much to do?
~*~
When we share our blessings
They will come back to you
Cook a meal for a needy family
Shows Jesus word is true
~*~
What we give to others
Brings blessings we don't expect
God is up there with His angels
As we bow before Him in deep respect
~*~
Reach out - give what you can
Never be afraid to share
Praise God for His promises
And His gracious, loving care
Let me be a little kinder, Let me be a little blinder To the faults of those about me; Let me praise a little more; Let me be, when I am weary, Just a little bit more cheery; Let me serve a little better Those that I am striving for. Let me be a little braver When temptation bids me waver, Let me strive a little harder To be all that I should be; Let me be a little meeker With the brother that is weaker; Let me think more of my neighbor And a little less of me.
HAVE A GREAT WEEK IN THE LORD. BLESSINGS, PJ
