The Road to Sundance: On a Shoestring Budget's Blurbs
About me:
This web series will document a group of people, putting their hard work, money and talent into producing a low-budget film to submit to the Sundance film festival. George "Lucas" Palmer, along with his crew (Parker - the A.D., Shane - the Key Grip, Scott - the D.P., and others) have gotten together a script, titled "Where the Sun Sets in Purgatory;" a cast (consisting of local actors Tryst Valentine and Kelly Moss); and a budget of $11,000 thus far. Coming soon: videos and blogs on the creation of this film. "The Road to Sundance" series will keep you up to speed on their process and have you rooting for the group of underdogs from Ohio to get to the big gig: Utah's ever popular film festival. Written by C.S. Nash, the film is promising many good things...we're just here to watch it happen!

Who I'd like to meet:
Drew Carey and any other celebrities out of northeast Ohio.

Hey, I didn't know what those cameras were all about at the audition. Just realized you guys were shooting a documentary. Please, let me know if you want my services for the film.

I want to be cut out of this making-of, behind-the-scenes whatever. Please, for the sake of my reputation, cut me out.

Can you make this more of a historical documentary.
Sort of like "Valkyrie"? Make it happen!

Hey Bros! How's the documentary on us coming along? I don't get it. Am I shooting this film or your documentary. I can't remember much. Had too much "holly" over the holidays if you catch my drift.

We've started editing this behind-the-scenes project. Just do me a favor...don't watch any of it until it's up on the web. I want it to be raw and real and for you to be surprised. Thanks guys.
