The Roaming Soldiers (previously The Sundowners) are a raw rock, blues, americana, and jam band. We have recently finished recording a 6 song E.P. "Shine Bird Shine". The band originated in Denton, Texas but has expanded with new musicians coming from Dallas, Arlington, and Denton. Now based in Dallas with new members, new inspirations and a new name we have found ourselves stronger then ever. The music comes from trying to hear the inner voice and figuring out how to express that voice with the deepest honesty, humility, and curiosity. Listening to the universal screams and expressing it through musical melodies gives us a glimpse of how connected everything and everyone really is and provides therapy for the things that seem inexpressible any other way. We will continue to explore and discover the mystery of music and its universal connection with everyone without boundaries.

Hey its Sem. Thought I would see how you are. Our myspace is not broken anymore :) The last few days have been a nightmare.
