About me:
We an outreach of program of The United Presbyterian Church Of Ridgewood. We are located at 62-54 60th Place (near Metropolitan Ave), Ridgewood New York 11385
(718) 417-7070. Our hours are 6am - 10pm. We close at 4pm on Saturdays and we are closed on Sundays
We have a huge 3,200 square foot OUTDOOR workout area as well as 6,500 square feet INSIDE workout area. We have a full gym (free weights, machines and cardio equipment), a boxing ring and have classes in mixed martial arts, boxing, aerobics, yoga, body sculpt and more!
