my name is Rob, i own a jam space. it's called the rock garden. [why i signed up under a band membership is below]
in addition to it being a place to jam, i also am in the process of launching a zine called sounds local from here [first issue goes out late Sept.]. and under the same name [sounds local], i also plan on launching an internet radio station playing all local stuff and am setting up a CD/merch store in the space for local stuff only.
there is also a gallery in the space, called the underground gallery
some other music related stuff planned as well that made me sign up for a band membership so i can post songs for the bands involved. one example will be selecting a song or two each in each issue of the zine and encouraging people to check it out. from time to time i'm sure i'll come across bands here jamming to that i'll want to share with people, so this will be a means of doing so
the majority of people on my friends list are local bands that have supported my endeavors one way or another so please consider checking out a show or picking up a CD by them if you have the chance
I just won a considerable amount of money on the swinging bells. I can't decide whether I should invest in the Rock Garden or the Porn Industry. I see a profitable future in both.

hey there just got your lovely comment. we are waiting on finishing up our tune before we allow download as its a rough and recent mix, but soon! and hopefully more songs added. we are coming out to the east coast and i cant wait! my favorite terrain. ill keep ya posted once we confirm the shows, sometime between july 3rd and the 12th. we are bringing a great band from athens GA USA with us 'the late BP Helium' spread the word! would love to see your jam space sometime. i was in a jam space above gingers at the junos, that was a pretty nifty spot...more info soon, thanks for your rock appreciation!!! jack
