Well, influences as the people that pay and feed us; family, friends and good old centerlink. Also you, the listeners. We are very needy people so any sort of affection is good.

Google, the networks that fired us, Lawn bowls, pokemon and Kevin Federline.
Seriously though, the comedians which make up the landscape of Australian and International comedy.
More bling than Mr T, less animal magnetism than your average fridge magnet and making less sense than most dementia patients, is 'the rogue's Gallery'!
________________________________________________________________________
Occurring every week, The rogue's gallery features Interviews with Queensland's, Australia's and International comedians who come to our little state. Also giving the punters the heads up on the best shows to check out in Queensland's own Stand-up comedy gig guide. From Brisbane, to the Gold-coast to regional, The rogue's Gallery has you covered.
________________________________________________________________________
Along the way from all this; Richy, Jack and Tim will be your guides in all things awkward, weird and 'hopefully' funny. Is anything safe? The news? fudge no! The famous? What you talking about Willis? The randomness of the world we live in? SHUT YOUR MOUTH!
________________________________________________________________________
With special guest panelist's, makeshift game-shows and general jibber-jabber, what is there to lose? (Not considering dignity, pride and sensibility).
________________________________________________________________________
The Rogue's Gallery is everything that shy/awkard school kid wanted to be; funny, likable and without a mullet pony tail.

We will be joining the mighty Eloquence and Truths this time around at the Irish with our good friend DJ Ramrod spinning records all night. Eloquence and Truths have had a meteoric rise through the ranks having played and toured with the likes of Funkoars, Drapht, Muph n Plutonic and more, they are set to rock the spot in a major way. Check out their myspace - www.myspace.com/eloquenceandtruths
Also joining the bill for the night will be Brisbane emcee Tenduckets and Joey Cincere. Tenduckets aka Tendancee has built a name for himself rapping with powerhouse Brisbane hip hop crew Pure Product. His solo set is sure to get heads nodding and bodies bouncing. Do not miss it. Check out his myspace here - http://www.myspace.com/tendancee
The Lowdown are set to bring the house down at The Joynt once again Friday September 4. This a free entry event and judging from the last couple of shows TLD have done there you best arrive early and in the mood to groove. Music will kick off at 9 with Nicole Mcintyre doing a mellow set of acoustic tunes to ease you into the night. The Lowdown will take the stage around 10 and will be playing an extended set encompassing some new material, freestyles and improvised jams.
Don't miss this as it will be a night to bne remembered.
This is a bound to be a great show.
Come show your support. This may be one of our last Brisbane shows
for a while as we are about to start recording our first full length
album.
heya, and a happy 2009 to you too (albeit even more delayed!) yeah man, I'm coming to the Melbourne festival this year. Can't wait! see you then!! Cheers j
Editing? We did that in one take! WE really did. We filmed the laptops seperately (had to, because they were "inside" one another), but then we sat in front of a big screen, projected the image above and sung the song.... so yes, it took a LONG time.
We'd be happy to do an interview, just let us know when and we'll arrange something.
Hi Rogue's Gallery - sorry, just logged in and read your comment form December!
No Princess Cabaret for MICF this year, but a new project:
You played with them for years, now they’re out of the box and ready to play with you! From the girls who brought you Princess Cabaret comes an all female, fast-paced sketch and cabaret show featuring original music, dance numbers and hilarious characters. All your favourite dolls are there, from multiple-personality Barbie to a Cabbage Patch Kid looking for her real mum to a Bratz doll seeking redemption. Expect the unexpected because these are doll stories as you’ve never seen them before- dark, sexy, witty and sassy.
We're on at Trades Hall and looking forward to another festival season!
