Britain & Europes only agency helping victims of drink spiking & DFSA. The help line operates between 9am-9pm on 0800 783 2980.
Its Aims -
- To eliminate DFSA (Drug facilitated sexual assault)
- To provide help, advice and assistance to victims of DFSA via the existing help line and the web site.
- To actively campaign for the recognition of DFSA as a major crime with increased sentencing, and an increased and more understanding approach to police and investigations into alleged victim reports.
- To actively campaign for the police to be funded in the provision of medical and forensic testing units in the majority of police stations and to be supplied with early evidence kits
- To actively campaign for the Home Office to list reports of DFSA as a separate crime to non-drug facilitated sexual assault and rape.
- To change the mind of the CPS in their treatment of drug rape victims and their need for statements from the witnesses themselves. Thus eliminating the rejection of cases by CPS on the grounds of unreliable witness.
- To campaign for a major research into the drugs used and their effects - especially the memory loss aspects and flashback experience.
- To create massive public awareness of the dangers of drink spiking.
- To highlight the dangers of robbery through drink spiking
- To establish a legal advisory system to enable date rape victims to privately sue their rapists.
- To inform the general public, media and other parties and help them to differentiate between drug rape and date rape.

Who I'd like to meet: The Roofie Foundation would like to meet and chat with anyone who can help the cause of raising public awareness about the dangers of drink spiking.
By adding this site as your friend you are also adding your name to the growing list of people saying that drink spiking and drug rape is wrong and that we need to spread the word that we will not tolerate this behaviour any more.
We at the Roofie Foundation will always fight for the right for consenting adults to do anything with each other providing it causes no harm. We also stand up for the right for anyone to put anything they want into their own system. What we object to is people sneaking drugs into other people without their knowledge whether to facilitate rape, abuse or robbery. That is a gross infringement of our human rights.
The Roofie Foundation would love to hear from anyone whose willing to help raise funds to keep the telephone help-line going.
If any bands would like to put some of our stuff on the merchandising stand - or give us a mention on c.d. sleeves that would be nice! If you fancy dedicating a fund raising gig to us, even better.
