The Stone Roses Experience are widely regarded as the most accurate tribute to The Stone Roses. We focus on bringing the authentic live sound of the Roses to audiences who never had the pleasure of seeing the original band, using the original instruments as closely as possible and tweaking that desired classic Roses tone. Sell out shows all over the UK and Ireland have shown the popularity of the Stone Roses music is still as fresh today as it was back in the late 80's, our job is to keep the seat warm until the day comes when Ian Brown, John Squire, Mani and Reni finally get it going again. The Roses Experience have played together at many major gigs over the years including European festivals such as Witnness/Oxegen in Ireland in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2008, and 2009, as well as Scotland's T In The Park in 2004, performing alongside some of music's finest acts like Primal Scream, Orbital, The Cure, Chemical Brothers, The Strokes, Prodigy, Oasis, Ian Brown and many more. As well as having those achievements under our belt, we have had the pleasure of playing on stage with original Roses bass player, Mani, when he once more pulled the bass over his head and gave 'She Bangs The Drums' an airing in front of 3 adoring Irish audiences, a true compliment. More famous faces have supported the band over the years with guest DJ sets including Bez and Shaun Ryder (Happy Mondays), Peter Hook (Joy Division/New Order), David Holmes, Clint Boon (Inspiral Carpets), and Dave Haslam (Stone Roses tour DJ, Hacienda). BBC Stone Roses documentary 'Blood On The Turntable' featured the member of The Roses Experience, in which the band acted out dramatic reconstruction scenes as The Stone Roses on location in Manchester. The Stone Roses Experience continue to take the music of the Stone Roses to every corner of the UK and Ireland, having students, the young, the old, 90's throwbacks and generally anyone who listens to them coming back for more each time. For the complete Stone Roses Experience, this is the one.
