THE RUBIKS unshamelessly stole riffs from: THE FUCKING CHAMPS, THIS HEAT, !!! (well, they also stole a lot or riffs to other bands...), BÄSTÄRD, DAFT PUNK, BLACK SABBATH, METALLICA, GREEN DAY, DEITY GUNS, PIXIES, MY BLOODY VALENTINE, VIOLENT FEMMES, FUGAZI and CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL so far.
THE RUBIKS hadn't do anything really serious apart from rehearsing, writing songs and playing a few shows here and there since their last demo in 2003. It was a slow process. The three of them being way too busy with a lot of projects: NED, DURACELL, MISS GOULASH, KABUKI BUDDAH, CHEWBACCA and such... But after awhile they decided it was enough and they got their shit together, recorded an album, It's just been out on S.K records, Rejuvenation records, Boom boom rikordz and rock n'roll masturbation records.
