1999: dave veatch could do no more as himself. he was reborn as rudy banes.
1999-2002: joined by keyboards and drums the rudy banes sound is created and plays around their hometown of auburn.
2003: the drummer from rudy banes sound and rudy, living in montgomery since 2001, play a final show of new music together under the name the rudy banes outloud. rudy begins anew. taking time to craft new music for the next group he spends time in other bands such as spiders and flies, reverse engineer and a sidemouse stint in ed kemper trio. at the end of the year a new group including a bass player and drummer emerge as the rudy banes shutdown.
2004-2007: the rudy banes shutdown puts out two cd's and play 62 shows and 2 radio performances. on february 1st, 2007 they call it quits.
2007: rudy calls in long time auburn friend jason mcgee on drums. they have a month and a half to write a whole new set of music for their first show as the rudy banes breakup.

ha...it's been a month since my last comment. i see that you are playing on may 9th at hotd. i do believe that this is where i'll be seeing you. it will be my first venture outside of the grocery store and dr. visits with the kiddies. so i hope it will be fun and entertaining!!!!!!!!!!!! good day jasmine =^. ^=
