Chad and Reggie Rueffer have been playing great live music for over 25 years. Formerly called "the Insiders", the Rueffer Bros. crank out hard driving honky-tonk custom built for saw-dusted dance floors. Check out the Insiders' "Me & My Heart & My Shoes" CD for reference available at www.cdbaby.com. The new CD, due this fall, will showcase more of Chad's songwriting skill.
Chad and Reggie have played in myriad bands and with many notable artists over the years. Reggie currently tours with Charley Pride (the boy's gotta eat!) and has fiddled with the likes of Ray Price, Johnny Bush, Jake Hoooker, and Darrell McCall over the years. Chad Rueffer moved back to Texas in 2000 and began picking with Speedtrucker (Motherfu**er!) and continues to work with Michael Cox on occasional Dallas gigs. Chad is also working with singer/songwriter Randy Brown (http://www.randybrownmusic.com) when Charley Pride steels Reggie away.
