Since the band The Runaways first were formed in 1975, I don’t think anyone could have truly imagined the impact their music would make. Since the first self titled album debut release in 1976, the all-girl teen band’s influence has resonated throughout Rock and Roll, entertaining and inspiring musicians and fans of all ages worldwide. Despite the turmoil and transition and The Runaway’s final break up in 1979, they are and always will be well loved and admired by the many lives they have touched. This site is dedicated to them and all the loyal fans....

I have been a Fan of the Runaways since the Beginning and have followed Lita Ford and Joan Jett in their solo career's and have bought every album of theirs. Thank You Very Much for the Great Job that You do and for Your Great Myspace in Supportof the Runaways. The Runaways should be in the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame since they started the First All Women Band. Wishing You the Very Best and a Great Week.
