Istanza is a new music outlet for Ax Sparey, the driving force behind underground UK techno act Variant, and owner of the www.FoxholeMusic.co.uk website
Istanza will be a crossover of techno sounds and industrial vocals, with inspiration from NIN, Massive Attack, Infected Mushroom and of course, Variant.
Material for the forthcoming album, titled "The Razor's Edge", is being recorded as you read this text. "The Razor's Edge" will be a journey through depression, anxiety, self-harm and sadism. Some sample tracks will be released here as and when recording is complete, and an ISO of the final album will be available from www.FoxholeMusic.co.uk on the release date.
