The Satellites announce the arrival of another baby Satellite.
Satties drummer Jad has just seen the arrival of his bouncing baby boy "Jackson".
Congratulations to both Jad & Kate.
In other news - now that the band is back in action there a whole swag of things in the pipelines. Make sure you keep you're eyes on the gig guides for regular performances at The Wheatsheaf, The Semaphore Workers Club, Grace Emily, the Governor Hindmarsh Hotel and of course those other shows that pop up about the country.
The Satellites have also just confirmed their attendance at the Wintersun Festival in Queensland this June. This will make it their 11th year at Australia's biggest rockin' nostalgia festival.
The Satellites met a great photographer & dj a few weeks back at the Semaphore Workers Club. Dave Gartland emigrated to Australia recently from the UK and set out to find the Satellites. Well he found us and went crazy with his camera during a hot night at the Semaphore Workers Club. He's a fantastic photographer, great DJ and a top guy.
