Movies! Movies! Movies! Well since I collect them and have about 530+ popping off in my crib ;) I love them... I look at any kind from dated black and white to fresh out the movies into Walmart. I am a true collector of movies so I own no BLACK MARKET PRODUCTIONS. I am down with kung fu, classic , cult classics, blaxploitation, drama, suspense.. you name it and I'll probably chill out and look at with you :)

America's Next Top Model, Ghost Whisperer, Iron Chef, Hell's Kitchen, Lock Up,DR. G, Animal Cops Detroit, MSNBC, LAW AND ORDER, almost anything on Discovery Health and Court TV, TV Land, AMC... I'm an egg head so what?? lol I support UPN no matter what the rich white folks say, and every night when I go to sleep, either AMC is on or TV Land.. who can get enough of the old stuff at night? hmmm..I am not hard to please with the TV because I'm open minded, but I'm not TV Freak.. but still gotta have that digital cable..the more educational/profound programming comes on channels you can't get with basic lol.

I love to read so much I can't name them all....and you know the WORD is in there! I am in 4 book clubs, about to start my own, and I have two book cards..one at Barnes and Noble and another at Borders. I love to read all types of books because I'm a braniac! I love the Bible the most though...it always helps me when I'm in need!

My name is Tanika and I'm a 30 year old single mother of two beautiful children, Markell and Trakiya. I completed two degrees at Strayer University, with honors mind you, and now working on my Masters in Public Administration! 4.0 BABY! I am a woman who loves God and knows that HE loves me, and I belong to an AWESOME church, School of Tyrannis International Ministries; Dr. and First Lady Wash Carthon. I work for Strayer University, and guess what a sister is moving on up and trying to help her people move up too, so I'm sure I'll be elevating in other areas as well!!!
I am ambitious, so I have big dreams that I am following and accomplishing most, finished two and a half books, a poetry, and in 2009 being published in an wonderful women's anthology, and the creative director of a non-profit organization for single mothers!! So God is already moving so mightily in my life! I am all about chasing your dreams and making things happen for yourself, other people, and always putting GOD first!
I am all about bringing people together. We need to stop hating each other and start to let God move in us.. so that we can grow as Christians, women, men, leaders, and as a people.
