   About The Savvy Fools
News: "The Who’s Who of Goodwill" has been receiving airplay on the CBC. Huzzah!

The Savvy Fools is an eclectic folk-roots quartet which, in various incarnations, has existed for approximately three to four years. Their music purports to connect disparate influences into an enjoyable melange.

The Fools certainly hope you enjoy their music; their topics range from such socially-minded fare as the training of children as militia and the abuse of power and others to the romantic life and times of Japanese ninja.

Take care & be well,

The Savvy Fools

Hi Brain -- I very much enjoyed analyzing and responding to your lyrics in "fear in our eyes" for the Forge Songwriting workshop. Very sophisticated analogies and wordplay! My comments are on the blog: http://songworkshop. blogspot. com

Had great fun at the wedding btw.

Thanks so so much for having me up. I feel I wasn't too well received by the crowd. Simone tells me that I'm an idiot. But I gotta go with my gut.

When y'all done honeymoonin' come by the site and check out my new music video. It's DIY, but what isn't these days? Also, the language in the song is kind of PG-13. I wanted to play it at the wedding -- cause it's one of my favourite of my songs -- and Simone smacked some sense into me.

Thanks, Josh, for the piano, hope I didn't rock out too hard on it. I'm not used to them weighted keys.

And thanks Brian and Nat for the chance to be a special part of your special day.

By the way, who was that lady that I helped get around the grounds? Throughout the night she claimed to be your mother, your grandmother, your aunt and your great aunt. I didn't know what to think.

Beautiful songs!
I know it was ages ago now, but I must apologize that I wasn't able to sit and listen to more of your songs when we played together. What I did hear and what I can hear now sounds wonderful. I hope we can play some more shows together when I am back in Hamilton again.

It was delightful playing with you guys last night. I had a horrible time playing, but good company greatly improves a rotten situation.
