“I really like the track! Love the big synth line break, and it’s huge in the clubs over here. Played it out yesterday at one of our nights and it went over really well. Nice job” (ADAN SALAZAR)

Hey guys, dropped the remix on our “Planet Patrol Sessions” on Tuesday!
Lovin it!
MOLE (BOOMBOX RECORDS)
I’m totally feeling THE SCIENTIFICS remix……simple bad ass bassline and
nice use of the original. Simply that’s a tune for me!
LEE BASS (BASSTARD RECORDS)
Wicked stuff guys! Your remix of Lars Moston is really hot!! Awesome work as always….
ELECTRIC SOULSIDE (RUFF DOG, ELECTRIBE, BREAK-BOTS, V.I.M.)
I really like your Lars Moston remix-I’ve directly played it on Saturday in my set
when spinning at a vernissage-it’s a good movin tune!
CLAAS REIMER (BASSTARD, V.I.M.)
“A House tune for House heads I reckon. Built like House but still with
Break-beat swing. Nice slower tempo early doors stuff. Will definitely be
playing this. Nods towards electro without sounding…..like it. Nice”
PHIL CLODHOPPA (RADIO MANAGER BREAKS FM CHANNEL 2,
A&R/CO-MANAGER WUT EVA RECORDS)
“The Scientifics remix of Lars Moston’s “So Bad” is an invite to a darker shade of Break-Beat. Super low end kik drum and nice snappy tight percussive sounds dominate with some great atmospheric layers and ambiance in the background. This all builds to a nice deep bass-line and followed by dirty stabs and a cheeky pwm style lead that just keeps ringing! A dubbed out late night slice of phatness!!!”

THE SCIENTIFICS
In the beginning of 2004, long time friends ECHONOMIST, MR. LOOKMAN and PALE PENGUIN decided to form the Breaks/Tech-House project THE SCIENTIFICS. Our Spanish lady comes again with another killer single! She’s coming
strong with another two excellent Tech-Breaks tracks right after the
huge success of her first single for our label. LADY PACKA is the best
female Spanish breaks dj and she’s also on the way to the top for her
productions side! (check out her previous top selling single for our
label and the rather excellent “ELECTRONIK PIPE EP” for DIRTYDROP
RECORDS). We’re really proud to have two remixes by one of the biggest
names in the Breaks scene, speaking about top French producer MAELSTROM
(having releases for labels like LABROK, JALAPENO, MENU MUSIC, WEST,
KATORZA, MONEYSHOT, STREETWISE and more). But we’re proud too to
announce a really strong comeback by one of the best British
Tech-Progressive Breaks acts……speaking about DIGITAL BREAKS FOUNDATION
(having some legendary releases and remixes for BOOMBOX RECORDS). Watch
out for their forthcoming single on our label later this year!
