Formed in 2003, the Screamin Cucumbers are a Milwaukee area cover band whose five members have over 80 years of combined band experience. The bands set list consists primarily of danceable rock tunes, with a bit of an emphasis on the 80s. If its upbeat, danceable and fun, its probably on the set list!
The last three years The Screamin' Cucumbers have been nominated in the "Best Local Band" Category in The WISN-TV A-List Competition. The voting is decided by the local viewing public and was conducted by Channel 12 WISN-TV the local ABC affiliate.

The Screamin Cucumbers continue to rock the Southeastern Wisconsin area by playing at Miller Park, The Milwaukee County Zoo, Rooters, BuBs Irish Pub, Yesteryears, The Coach House Grill, The Harley Davidson 105th Celebration, Green Bay Packer pregame parties at Anduzzis Sports Club across from Lambeau Field, Falls Fest, Franklin 4th of July Fest, Glendale Days, Oregon Summerfest, and numerous other block parties, festivals, and many other new venues.
The Cukes were the headline act in 2007, 2008 and 2009 for over 4000 people per year at the annual Make A Wish Foundation's "Walk for Wishes" at the Summerfest grounds to raise money for the Make a Wish Foundation.
The Cucumbers have also been the headlining act in 2007, 2008 and 2009 for the Annual "Juvenile Diabetes Research Walk" at the Milwaukee County Zoo. Each year averaged a crowd of over 8500 people raising money to find a cure for juvenile diabetes.
What can you expect at a Cukes show? A 100% live rock and roll party. The Cukes take their performances seriously, and really love to get the crowd involved in the show. They perform because they enjoy it. The Cukes guarantee that you will experience a great musical show packed with solid musicianship and tight 3-4 part vocal harmonies, with quite a bit of spontaneity thrown in for good measure. With over 100 songs in their repertoire, the Screamin Cucumbers will satisfy the tastes of just about any crowd. The dance floor is usually packed from the first song to the last because these guys know what it takes to win a crowd over early and keep them happy all night long!
