The Seatsniffers are probably Belgium’s best, most popular, longest running and most international roots rock band. Their music could be described as a blend of Rock and Roll, Rhythm & Blues, Rockabilly, Hard Country, Soul, Gut –Bucket Blues and Ska, delivered with Punk-Rock energy and attitude.
The Seatsniffers played their first show in 1995, released the first of seven albums in 1996.
The band's played in Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, The UK, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and the US, appeared numerous times on Belgian and Dutch National television, contributed songs to two motion pictures and several commercials, and have performed as a backing band for Jason Ringenberg, Red Rivers, Dale Hawkins, Lil’ Gizelle, Barrence Whitfield, Mike Sanchez, and the undisputed Queen of Rockabilly, Wanda Jackson.
