New summer hours! We will be closed on Sundays and Mondays!
Who I'd like to meet:
To get to The Service Station, take highway 7 into Holly Springs. Turn at the tank (yeah, like a military tank!!) next to the Shell station across from the Sonic!! We can't wait to see you!
We had a really good time last night. The band 2 weeks notice was awesome and played a lot a great stuff you could dance to. Keep bringing us great bands! -Elizabeth C.
Is there anyone to drink up all your Vodka and OJ while I'm gone? Hopefully I'll be able to come back to bug you guys soon. Let me know how everything is in Holly Rock!! Peace - From Nashville
Okay, First: We're way sad about not getting our Undertow fix too!!!! Boooooo!!!! But we'll see you guys soon... You'll just have to cancel somewhere else and bring your asses... Or just come drink with us some night that someone else (inferior, no doubt) os playing!!!
And second, Elizabeth, YOU ROCK TOO!!! We ♥ you too!!!
Just wanted to say thanks for all the good work you guys do. The Service Station Rocks! We really enjoy coming out and we always have an awesome time. Keep up the good work! See you soon.
You know, after last night, I have given up my future plans of stalking Chris Daughtry from American Idol... now I'm just going to follow Double or Nothin' around....
I feel sorry for anyone that missed that show last night. WOW. It was just... WOW.
You should go see their website at www.doubleornothin.com ... be sure to check out the song list... these guys ROCK MY SOCKS OFF!!!!!!!!!
Service Station, you were there when I needed you. When I didn't have a penny to my name, you stood ready and full of tipping people. Your dance floor lights swirled around my head (or was that your Crown Royal?) when deep inside I felt your music before it ever hit the air waves. Dance Party USA was born in the wee hours of the morning right there on your dance floor. Jenny, T, Rita, Mike, Amy, Gary, Ed, Ryan, Woody, myself and Jager and Red Bull.........along with others who are invited to our private after hours Dance Party; we have received so much by losing ourselves as a collective whole in the drifting sea of music. You surround me with friends who feel the pull you create the same as I. All walks of life, we are. Each with our own reason for walking through your open door where Mike is always there with a hat and a secret smile...you know the one..."I know what I've been up to, but you'll never figure it out." You attract the absolute best talented musical geniuses in the Memphis area who come to your stage to shine for us for 4 hours of pure, energizing, soul filling, body moving, bring your ass entertainment. Your bar tenders (and those of us who were never lifers, but still your bartenders at heart and will continue to be stand in bartenders...like, um...this Saturday maybe?) Your bartenders are the most able, brainy, clever, skillful, strong, fearless, gorgeous, talented, giving, cool, loyal, friendly, rockin' girls on the planet, making you even more attractive to the outside world. Your patrons are the most dynamic, lively, intense, real, fun-loving, enchanted, jubilant, admired, faithful, friendly, dedicated, and just plain fun people around.
There is so much more to be said about you, but I'd like to leave the floor open for someone else to continue this...my ode to you, Service Station....................
