Frontman Hector Medina, Guitarists Cory Green, James Burnside, bassist Peter Borrelli and drummer Nick Dattilo formed Shadows of the Past In late August of 2008 in Rochester, NY. We had our first show on January 2nd 2009 at The Montage Music Hall. Since then our energetics on stage as well as making sure that everyone in the audience have fun at every show we play, has allowed us to blossom as a band. We are starting to get our name out in the public eye more and more everyday. By the end of the summer of 2009, we will hope to get our name around throughout New York. Our Influences vary from many bands and styles of music. we are working on writing new songs as we speak, we have a few finished and are ready to record. We are hoping to have enough songs to at least have our first album consisting of 12 songs finished and recorded by the end of this year. Look for us to start playing more and more shows and hearing us more and more by that time!
