On 13 July 2008 I rode 50+ miles in the San Jose LiveStrong Challenge. There were over 2,800 walkers, runners and cyclists that raised over 1.5 million dollars! I'm proud of what I've done and I hope to do it again some day.

Music
I like almost anything with a beat, but mostly top 40 stuff. I also enjoy classical music and some country. I avoid rap like the plague.
Movies
Hellboy and V for Vendetta are two of my favorite movies. I have to say that right now Pan's Labyrinth has the honor of being all time favorite. I have to admit that I found Transformers a good bit of mindless fun. I prefer to watch sci fi/fantasy, action/adventure and romantic comedies. I don't particularly like the sight of blood and I tend to avoid horror movies with some exceptions.
Television
Queer Eye for the Straight Guy and Dr. Who are what I normally watch. Other than those shows or if something special is on, I tend to avoid TV.
Books
Science fiction, fantasy and mystery books are what I like most.
Heroes
Lance Armstrong. Did he do drugs? He was the most tested athlete of the Tour de France, so I doubt it. But whether or not he did doesn't change the fact that he's got the nicest looking tush on the planet.

The Shadow Cat RIP Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson. Posted at 10:47 PM Jun 25 view more
About me: I'm a bicyclist, stay at home mom and fan fiction writer.
Who I'd like to meet: Lance Armstrong, Celine Dion and Ron Perlman not necessarily in that order. I'd really like to be able to sit down and talk with Guillermo del Toro instead of just saying 'hi' before one of us has to leave.
I've been very busy getting my life together so I can move to Tampa in August for grad school. So, I really haven't had time to obsess over anything much, including del Toro or HB. D:
I've been such a bad fan. I'll have to check out Doug's new movie, though.
Thank you for your sweet comments my precious Shadow Cat Stephanie! I'm also STILL reeling from your Indiana surprise visit to the MY NAME IS JERRY test screening!! There's Such Big Love -- Dougie
LMAO! I click your profile and I heard the "Cant Smile Without You" song play and instantly imagined Abe and Hellboy drunk off their butts singing...gotta rewatch HBII now
Same to you! Thanks for adding me to your friends list. I have to agree; Dougie rocks my socks and I wholeheartedly hope that I will meet our beloved Fishstick someday. :)
