The band is influenced by differents style like pop/rock, punk/rock, alternative/rock, heavy metal... The ShakerS' songs are between punk/rock and alternative/rock.
During year 2002-2003, Damien Schaff (bass) and Samuel Melade (guitar / vocal), two friends frequenting the same secondary school, decided, from day to day, and especially by love for the music, to cross the step, and begin to play a musical instrument. At the same time as them, Denis Brignone (drum) and Samuel Desplas (guitar), two friends of secondary school also decided to play an instrument. It is during the year 2003-2004 which Damien and Samuel M decided to form a group. The fate brought them on the road of Denis and Samuel D who looked for a group. So "The ShakerS" was born "The ShakerS" made some concerts in bars of Saint-Denis. Known "The ShakerS" also some changes the same year. Indeed, in July, 2005, Samuel D. left the group to study in France. It is at this moment that Emmanuel Camy (guitar solo), a childhood friend, join the group. In the end the band was formed of Melade Samuel ( guitar / vocal) Camy Emmanuel (Guitar Solo) Schaff Damien ( bass) Brignone Denis (drum). Within one year, The ShakerS made a dozen concerts through the Reunion Island.. The group doesn't plan to stop here. Indeed, the objectives for year 2006 would be to record a CD in a studio, to market it and to make of our passion our profession.

Coucou les Shakers, j'ai adoré votre prestation hier, les compos en live, rien à dire... Choose Your Life reste ma préférée. C'était vraiment génial, vous avez fait que la soirée commence bien, y avait de l'ambiance.

Hey les Shakers, (cool jsuis la premiere à poster :p)
j'ai téléchargé Far Away From Here (les autres compos sont en cours de dl ;))... C'est pas mal du tout, le chanteur a une bonne voix, j'aime bien le style, c'est sympa à écouter.
J'espère que les 3 autres sont aussi bien :p
En tout cas j'attends de voir en live avec impatience, je serai au Palaxa le 5 ;)
