Rob Zombie, Metallica, metal and rock with edge to it, goth, punk. I definitely like the dark side, but I dig a variety of music from film soundtracks to swing too. It's not ALL horror... just a lot. ..
Movies
Halloween I & II, The Exorcist, Carpenter, Mario Bava, Hitchcock, Rob Zombie, classic old school horror, 30s-40s Universal, classic 50s horror like Them! or The Thing to delightfully schlocky stuff like William Castle. Huge fans of 70s cinema, and I dig the better of slasher genre films right up to modern stuff from Seven to Japanese horror, etc. Check out Audition, what a trip!

BG, horror anthologies, classic Twilight Zone, and I'm a sucker for, paranormal shows, tornado documentaries and 100 Scariest Movie Moments whenever it reruns...
Books
I was a big horror fiction fan, but have gotten away from it to take on more film history, biographies and political non-fiction.

I'm Scott and I built The Shape of Fear website as a fan of the HALLOWEEN series and of Rob Zombie's films — two great works that will work great together when Rob Zombie's HALLOWEEN arrives in August 2007.

Though I'll always hold John Carpenter's original HALLOWEEN in high regard, it's about time someone takes a new stab at the story.
