THE SHOW
Welcome to THE VENUE live at THE SHOW
The whole purpose of THE SHOW is that it be an innovative, multimedia, live film and concert experience for all junior high, high school, and college-aged people to enjoy! THE SHOW takes place the last Thursday of every month from 7.00-9.00pm and it all happens at the cutting-edge, 21st century, modern music and arts college – VISIBLE SCHOOL.
Each night will begin with a 22-minute film played on our large screen including music videos, humorous film clips, and a recording of our live skit from the previous week. This will then be followed by the opening musical act. Next is our “intermission”, which we have entitled THE VENUE, a live skit for our audience to enjoy, and possibly see the crowd get involved. The evening will then end with live entertainment from the headlining band. And, at THE SHOW, there will be a FREE iPod Nano giveaway each night.
In all, we are committed to providing a unique and original, multimedia, live film and concert venue for the youth of Memphis to enjoy, all in a safe environment. The cost is $5 a ticket, but the good news is that we give a discount to groups of 10+ for $3 per person.
Directions to THE SHOW:
1. From Memphis, head east on I-40
2. Get off at Exit 20 – Canada Road/Lakeland
3. Go north on Canada Rd towards the Waffle House
4. Turn right onto Huff N Puff Rd (immediately after Waffle House)
5. THE SHOW takes place in the Lifelink Church/VISIBLE SCHOOL Auditorium (the building right across the street from the Days Inn Hotel).
