Gutless Universe is the debut full length release from neo-free-folk/shit-gaze artist Silver Bulletin. On an acoustic expedition which journeys from the clutches of robust nature to the depths of the temple, he considers themes of life and death, lost love, grapples with the universe and often has visions of the apocalypse. The recordings of his prayers result in a hybrid of structured, melodic essays interspersed with droning chants and decomposing masses.
