The Silver Wizard recruited this mob of minstrels and vagabonds; countless real ales later and the merry crew have conqured fairyland and are planning to conduct a peaceful coup over the mortal dimension. They are performing in pubs and clubs around London, and greater Avalon. Their songs have also been played on Dandelion Radio, TSM Radio and Wired Radio.
Armed with a fantastically opulent name and a natty line in stage attire, The Silver Wizard Project are the most admirably unfashionable group in existence. Their girl/boy vocals and ’fairytale rock’ sound has roots in the prog-folk of early Hawkwind, short stories and narrations are a regular feature of their set, and they have a theremin. Frankly, otherworldly.
