Having spent the most part of 2005 writing new material The Simple Pleasures entered the studio to record four songs (one of which is too big to upload to myspace).

THE SiMPLE PLEASURES (New Song)'s Friend Space (Top 12)
THE VOW play their first UK show in 7 years at the Stamford Riverside festival on Saturday July 7th.
The band are on the main stage at 5.15pm playing a 40 minute set.... Expect all the classic tracks plus a couple of nice new surprises to boot. Admission is free but please arrive early.

The Simple Pleasures: The Aldershot four piece were formed from the ashes of the much missed @tomika. Mixing punchy guitars and thundering basslines, with lovely in-your-face growley vocals.
