Thanks for the add! We hope to see you at a show sometime soon. If we are not playing in your neighborhood, let us know of some place near by that we should play. Also, be sure to check out the new CD.
I am one for long lurid heartfelt messages, but I will keep this short, as short as I can. We have sort of come up with you guys over the least couple years now and we all just want to wish you guys good luck in whatever you do. These songs you have made are good, very very good. You need to know that through all the bullshit and frusteration, and stuff getting stolen, practices, long drives and traffic and money and lack of money.....
you see my sisters....this is all made to drive you away, thats why it happens, but sometimes it just naturally happens like a girl or boy you fall out of love with, and if thats the case, god bless you.
we are sad, we know how tough this is, this thing of ours we do,but you must keep going in all directions, all the time.
after all.....we dont really do this for the hits on myspace....but for ourselves. i think right? and for the crowd to sing along. what a feeling. good luck in a new feeling.
"few will have the greatness to bend history itself; but each of us can work to change a small portion of events, and in the total of all those acts will be written the history of this generation...it is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring those ripples build a current wich can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance."
day of affirmation speech at university of cape town in june 6, 1966
ya'll are breaking up too? something must have been in the water in gettysburg or something. best of luck...whatever you guys do from here. i still wear my plum sister lovers shirt.
i would have killed to have seen you guys with kevin devine last week. i hope the show went well and i hope you guys make your way back up to rochester sometime soon.
