Sounds Like
something that turned into more than just a 13-year-old's poorly constructed idea of a band, but with the same cliche name
HERE'S THE DEAL:
everyone's at college and we're finding it really hard to play shows and make new things happen as a band, so we're takin' it easy for a while. there will probably be some shows over winter break and some new fun things happening in summertime, but for now we're just cold chillin'. if you need help finding a show, send us a message and we'll try to help.
cheers.

LONG VERSION for those who enjoy reading:
The Skatastrophes have performed at nearly every major venue in Cleveland including the Grog Shop, Peabody's Down Under, The Agora Ballroom, The Odeon, PIT Cleveland, and Pirate's Cove, and have shared the stage with many of North America's premier ska acts including Streetlight Manifesto, Mustard Plug, Westbound Train, The Toasters, The Slackers, Suburban Legends, MU330 and the Voodoo Glow Skulls. They were also one of the 19 bands to make it to the "Final Exam" out of over 250 initial competitors for the 2007 Cleveland.com High School Rock Off at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. On August 19th, 2007 they released an 11-track full-length CD titled "'Bout Damn Time" recorded at Cleveland's renowned MetroSync Studios.
They have also demonstrated great proficiency in writing band bios that are meant to be descriptive and helpful but end up sounding long-winded and vain.
