You guys where my first "real band" & got me wantin to play in a band. My parents thank you for the years of listenin to me bangin away on my small drumkit to my Slade records.
I really enjoyed the gig in Copenhagen on Friday night, and I've also just heard the news that you will be playing on "MS Cinderella", a Viking Line cruise ship (Stockholm) on September 18th. Odd venue, but great fun - a big party boat!
Thanks for adding us! We were strong Slade supporters before the internet days and actually hosted one of the first support sites. We supported Malcolm Skellington's efforts. He was a true gentleman and cared deeply for Slade. We were the real deal. Funny where the support comes from sometimes given our present genre afilliation :) But it's who we are. I am not familiar with the current lineup but wish them the very best. Also a message from Dave's "sister"...stay strong.
