We are a band of two people: Ben Moy, guitarist for ill fated desert doom psych rock combo Horserider; and Josie Whitmore, alumni of the esteemed Center for Cartoon Studies in White River Junction and all round artiste par excellence. Through our music we investigate what it truly means to be human. We pull forth the humanitarian tuning fork of our minds and tune our intruments to the key of OUR HEARTS. Music is not our weapon, but our salve for the broken soldier that is the everyday person. Yes. Emotions. Life. Hearts and Minds. These are THE SMALL PLANETS.
Band History:
1907 - A young Baltimore resident unearths the Tome of The Small Planets
2005 - The Small Planets make music in the most rudimentary fashion.
2015 - The Small Planets are the first band to play on the moon
The Future - The Small Planets reunite the nations of the world under one banner, which depicts Ben and Josie bare knuckle boxing on a gigantic dinner plate shaped like a bear's head.

where are all these new songs you speak of? i listened to ride out for i think the first time, it's real good. my mom likes your band/josie's voice. i'm not one to talk about the absence of songs...
Nice choons Small Planets! I like the rockiness of the Jellyfish song. I wonder what it's like to rock. I also wonder what it's like to be a bird or a turtle.
you're the one who said it, jo. also you tried to write a song called "Let's @#$# In the Kitchen Like the Honey Is Made of Sex Fire". I don't even know what that means.
Wow! a new Small Planets song..I never thought such a thing would be possible.
I like it a lot. It's very charming and sweet (of course). I like the combination of singing and sing-talking, very well executed.
!!!!
