DJ, MUSIC & VIDEOS PRODUCER - The Snakeman's Biography - World renowned for his occupation as a snake performer, the Legendary Snakeman became a party icon thanks to his countless performances at the worlds most exclusive events ( Ibiza, Miami, Paris, Belgium, Holland, Norway and Denmark amongst others) where he and his snake got up close and personal to the likes of superstars Johnny Depp, Michael Madsen, Boy George, DJ David Morales, Zinedine Zidane, DJ Roger Sanchez and Jamiroquai. Born in October 1972 in Avignon, France, The Snakeman spent his younger years soaking up a wide range of musical influences, his ears metaphorically glued to the radio at all times.At the tender age of just 13, he got his first chance to feel vinyl in his hands whilst helping his DJ friend to count and record the BPM of a number of music tracks. The Snakeman is currently one of the most instantly recognisable characters in Ibiza, having lived there since 1991. Rocked from the first electronic beat, he has dedicated the last 18 years of his life to the clubs and parties of the island and further abroad. From there has grown his intense love affair with music. He has spent the last eleven years of his life filming, collating and editing the best party videos of the island, and has released the classic and collector's DVD, ' Ibiza Party People', volumes 1 & 2. His first DJ experience came about in 2002, when he got behind the decks at a private party. After that, and going down in the annals of Ibiza Party Moments, his by now infamous birthday party which rocked clubbers of the island to their very core. After that event, which took place in one of the most luxurious houses on the island, it became clear that The Snakeman as DJ was born! From that point, the only way was up! Skip to 2007, and The Snakeman decided to immerge himself into the heart of Ibiza's music production scene, producing his first vinyl in collaboration with French label Chic Flowerz, which was also available on Beatport as well as being released in various Ibiza compilations. His debut 'Snakeman's World' was soon followed with his second offering, 'Ibiza Anthem'. During the summer season of 2009, The Snakeman collaborated on the music compilation of the popular island magazine 'Ibiza Style' and produced the party "Ibiza Luxury People" at both El Divino Ibiza and new club Martina. Viewed as professional DJ and producer, The Snakeman knows that the key to his success is to react on the decks according to the feeling of the clubbers on the dancefloor. Reaching out and connecting to their emotions allows him to share the inside of his mind with them. Currently, The Snakeman's DJ set can be described as 'sexy techhouse' with both Latino and tribal influences, however that's not to say that he wont be inspired to add some special disco, soul or funky touches to his mix making the crossover a sure one for any public. In a world of fear and chaos,THE SNAKEMAN is leading the human race out of the darkness. Cursed by God because he gave Eve the forbidden apple, the snake was changed into a man in order to share with humanity all the disgrace and evil of the Earth. His aim now is to help humanity in giving them joy and happiness through music, exhibitions, shows and movies. He travels then around the globe to find "The Holly Spirit of Happiness" that will break the spell and free the world from evil...
