It's about time Aberdeen had a space rock band. . . Formed in late 2006, The Snake Temple Kings came to fill the void in Aberdeen's prog rock market. ok.....we are the best alternative artist 2007 and bla bla bla..., we will play in Hollywood the 19th June for the HOLLYWOOD FAME AWARDS...we are arranging a Japan and China TOUR....so....if in the next six months we are not VERY VERY famous...I will personally (I am the drummer) bring you the newspaper and the breakfast directely in you BEDROOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....then...if you are a male I can go immediately away...if you are a female....I will stay for....2 minutes?!??!?!...DOH!!!!

Have to admit you guys were one of the best bands I have seen in Aberdeen. I am however a prog fan so therefore biased.
Is Colin a pernament fixture yet? Thought he did vey well.
And what about the singer?
I thought he did very well also, admittedly the singing on the recording is good also and I can't really compare from hearing in live a situation. Some harmonies would be nice, such as on 'Song 1'.
There I was, flying across the universe in the travelling Church Of Nebyudelia looking for new hymns to use in the weekly Space Gospel Service, when I heard a lonesome voice singing about hermits upon Everton Hill. Professor Yaffle was his name.

Good show on Saturday guys. I absolutely loved the tune you played after "Breathe". Not sure what it was called?? The sound was far too compressed though and it felt like there could be more space, sonically. Tunes were great though and i'm sure on another night in a venue with better dynamics i would have loved it more.
Will have to catch the next one after that im afraid, got a gig on my tod in the reading rooms then. Will speak to you guys properly on the weekend though.
